How do I book an appointment?
Book online any time through our booking page, or call or text us at (310) 458-3770. For weddings, events and extension consultations, we recommend reaching out so we can set aside the right amount of time.
What are your hours? Are you open late?
We are open Monday 9:30am to 5:30pm, Tuesday through Friday 9:30am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Tuesday through Friday evenings (until 7pm) are popular with clients coming from work.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price. Short-notice cancellations limit our ability to fill the time slot, and we appreciate your understanding.
How much does a haircut cost at Brambila Salon?
Ladies’ cut and styling starts at $175, gentlemen’s cut and style at $150, a blow dry and styling at $85 and a bang trim at $40. Every price we offer is listed on our services page, shown as a starting price so you know what to expect before you book.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes. Our full menu is on the services page. Services that depend on your hair’s starting point, such as creative and corrective color, are priced at a consultation so the quote is accurate.
Can you fix color that did not turn out right?
Yes. Creative and corrective color is one of our services, and it begins with a consultation so we can understand your hair’s history and what you want it to become. Because every case is different, it is priced after we have seen your hair.
Do you offer hair extensions, and can extensions add fullness to thinner hair?
We offer tape-ons, beaded weft and sewn-in weft, starting at $375, and every extension service begins with a complimentary consultation. Extensions are a common way to add length and volume. In your consultation we look at your hair, your goals and which method suits you best.
Do you cut men’s hair?
Yes. We offer gentlemen’s cut and style, men’s grey blending and men’s grey coverage.
What smoothing treatments do you offer?
Conditioning treatments, Keratin treatments, Brazilian Blowout treatments and Pure Lux treatments. See the smoothing menu for details and pricing.
Do you do bridal hair and makeup?
Yes. We offer bridal hair and makeup consultations (1½ hours each), plus day-of hair and makeup. On-location services are tailored to your wedding, so please send us an inquiry for final pricing.
Can I rent the salon for a private event?
Please send us an inquiry with your date, guest count and what you have in mind, and we will reply with availability.

What are the most common mistakes when choosing a hair salon in Santa Monica?
These are the six we see most often:
- Choosing on photos or price alone. Look for a stylist whose specialty matches what you want, such as color, cutting, extensions or bridal.
- Skipping the consultation before a big change. A color or extension change should start with a conversation, not a guess.

- Overlooking cancellation and booking policies. Know the notice you need to give before you book.
- Booking event or wedding hair too late. Reserve consultations and the day itself early.
